◈ Does the jacquard pattern fade or peel over time?

The jacquard pattern is structurally integrated into the knit. Unlike surface prints, the black and white contrast is formed by different yarns during knitting and does not peel. Color retention maintains rating 4 on AATCC 61 through 50 wash cycles.

◈ How does the 48% polyester content affect care?

Polyester provides wrinkle resistance and dimensional stability. Wash at 30°C with mild detergent. The polyester component also enables lower ironing temperatures compared to cotton blends. Avoid high heat drying which may affect the spandex recovery.

◈ Is this fabric suitable for garment dyeing after production?

Post-production garment dyeing is not recommended as the tri-fiber composition responds differently to dyes. The black and white jacquard pattern is pre-determined during yarn selection. Re-dyeing would result in uneven color uptake between polyester, nylon, and spandex components.

◈ What is the recommended seam construction for this fabric?

Use flatlock or four-thread overlock stitches with ballpoint needles. The 25% spandex content requires stretch-compatible thread. Test seam elasticity before production; seam breakage should occur at fabric stretch levels above 80% of maximum elongation.
